I have a odd dull pain sometimes just above the right ear, sometimes left. Its very random, but it usually happens at night. It goes away with sleep, so I feel fine when I wake up in the morning. Also when I rub at it or apply preassure, it eazes the dull throbbing. Also at the very top of my head I feel a odd, cold tingly pain.. this happened once and last a good 10 seconds, then left. I can sometimes feel it very mild and incredibly short, though I think it just might be my subconsiious remembering the pain. Any advice or similar experiences too what I am going through, I could really use it for I tend over think things and think my vein is leaking.If anyone could shed some light upon this I'd be greatly appreciated. I also have been diagonosed with anxiety.

When my blood pressure & heart rate goes way up I get the pain behind my right ear near the back of the skull.
