why would I get dizzy spells out of no where and then it turns into a headache that lasts for about 10 minutes?

Is it possibly medicine related?

Also, I've had problems with low blood pressure and get very light headed when I stand up, or bend over to pick something up for example.

If it's a "new" kind of headache, I would be cautious and check with your PCP or headache specialist.

But I take so many kinds of medications with the side effect of headaches/dizziness that I don't know which one it is.
