I hope this is the appropriate place to put this.

There is this guy that I know for a fact likes me. We've been friends for a few years now, lately, for the past couple of times I have run across him he really tries to avoid me. Like, he's afraid of something or something. I don't know.
Any suggestions?
I know, it's so little to go by.

well, you're friends, so i assume you have his number yeah? maybe you can call him or invite him to the movies. then you can talk to him about how your feeling etc.

You will never find out if you don't ask him. Just say, "What's up?" On the basis of a long standing friendship, this is not out of the normal range of responses to him. It could be anything, may have nothing to do with you personally; maybe he is under stress or something.

I know I try to avoid people who I know like me because I get very shy. Maybe he knows you know he likes you so he is shy and nervous around you.

I do like him, yes. I don't think he knows that I do. I don't want to ruin the friendship. I would like to pursue something with him but, I would like to take it slowly and stuff. Today he wasn't avoiding me and actually said some things to keep me around. Like, asking me stuff about my day.
So, actually, I think he does think I like him. I'll just see how things pan out.

Lol, all this, "I think he thinks" etc...it's funny.
