Hi I hope everyone is well today

I am a 24 year old male that has been in relativly good health all my life.Recently in the last month I have been having all sorts of heath issues. Here are some of the things I have been going through:

1.) A very strange and uncomfortable sensation in my head. It usually starts on one side of my hea (usually the left side) around my temple or left eye and can move to my forehead or the back of my head near my neck. It is not painful just VERY VERY uncomfortable. This bothers me almost every day. Sometimes it will develop into a mild headache. Othertimes it will go away just to come back a few minutes later. This sensation makes me feel as
though I am not myself. Kind of a lightheaded foggy feeling.

2.) On my right foot I have been having toe twithces on my fourth toe. Sometimes it affects the rest of my foot as well. It has become very annoying. Drinking
more water seemed to almost get rid of it for a couple of days but it came back today. I also have random twitches on the rest of my body.

3.) I have a knot on my right leg above my right ankle. I think is related to the twitching but am not sure.

4.) Most of the day I feel tired and worn out.

5.) Recently I had a mild sore throat which has extended up to my ears and to my lower jaw.

I have had a CT scan(w/o contrast) and an MRI(with and w/o contrast) of my head that both cam back as normal.

This has been driving me absolutly crazy for the past month. I feel as if I will never feel normal again. If any one has any suggestions or comments please post them!! I will be most greatful!!!

Thanks for your time

i'd recommend two things. first, if you're not already seeing a neurologist, i'd see one and tell them about your symptoms. second, i'd see a chiropractor and have them look you over. from your description, it's possible that you may have a pinched nerve.

Has the doc considered that some of this might be sinus related? I would suggest getting in to see a neurologist soon but also ask your doc if your sinus cavities were highly visible on CT scan and MRI. If they weren't real visible I would consider a set of sinus x-rays to rule out sinus infection or severe sinusitis since you mentioned the sore throat symptoms spreading up to your ears etc.
