It seems like I've been able to establish a link between the onset of an aura and having not eaten much that day? Could this be a possible trigger or am I "way out in left field" ? Thanks for any help.

Yes many people do feel foggy and get a headache as well as othe symptoms when they have a hypoglycemic spell. If you really feel this might be what is happening then you need to see your doc and get tested for Hypoglycemia.

Every single time I get an Migrane Aura I didn't eat for a long time before hand and I'm running around like a nut...I know those 2 things are my triggers!!!!! Gina
