hello. about the past 3-4 years i have had headaches almost everyday. at the beeggining i had them everyday. i then noticed i had a vision lost so i went and got glasses this helped but still i have headaches aleast 3-4 times a week. someitmesz i can have one everyday of the week. this headaches usually last about 14 hours. if anypne knows anything about this or if they have the same problem plz reply.

I have had headaches for the last 5 years. For periods of time I get them daily, then sometimes I have a good week or two. I have seen 2 different chiropractors, a physiatrist (physical therapy doc), physical therapist, neurologist, and my regular doctor. I have had CT scan, MRI (nothing found), and been on a couple different preventative meds. I am currently trying biofeedback, but too early to know if it is working. I take migraine meds (zomig or amerge) a couple times a week. Always wake up with headaches and go to bed with them too.
So with that being said I understand what you are going through. Not that my experiences have helped me, but you should discuss it with your doctor to see what choices you have for some help. I expect that something eventually will work for me, I just happen to be that difficult case.

have you noticed if they corrolate at all to stress or worry? I know I get wicked bad tension headaches every day, all day. Your doctor could probably perscribe you something for those... Good luck!

I get headaches alot, maybe not everyday but close to it, alot of times they are in my eyes and they feel achy like they want to shut. I dont know what causes it but i am also very sensitive to light. I dont know what it is, it might be migraines but i do notice it alot more when its that time of the month. Also keep an eye on your diet and what you eat and drink, that plays a role in my headaches. I can't drink any soda no caffeine free nor caffeinated soda's i get a headache, it might be an allergy. I just started to write down when I get them, you might want to try that. I know its very annoying to have a headache everyday, it ruins ur day and your life. Its hard to operate and lead a normal life when you feel like crap. Hope u feel better.

i used to get headaches everyday, i didnt have the problem as long as you, mine was only for like a year or so.. but i went to my doc and was prescribed Midrine (or Amidrine) caps. they are wonderful, headaches go away, and after about a week, dont occur as frequently. now i barely have one a month. it never hurts to ask. i did b/c nothing over the counter did a dern thing.

You really need to go to the doctor as soon as you can, it could be a number of things. I had headaches every day for about a year and a half.
I read somewhere that aspartame can cause severe headaches in some people and since I was drinking about 3-4 Diet Cokes a day, I decided to quit and see what happened. After about a week I completely stopped having headaches. So, maybe if you are ingesting a lot of aspartame, giving it up might give you some relief.
