About a year ago i got dizzy at school and vomited. I have become dizzy like this many times- around 7 or 8. Eventually it turned into a weird headache where it feels like pressure is building up behind my nose and in the top of my head on the left side- but the thing that scares me and makes me think its not a sinus infection is that when i get these headaches i have an overwhelming compulsion to move my head to the left.

My parents say its probobly a sinus infection because ive had awful allergies for all my life but im not sure...advice?

Thank you for your help

If you have allergies then yes it could well be sinus infection or sinusitis. You need to see the doc and get this checked out. Also be sure you are keeping your allergies under control. Are you taking allergy shots for your allergies or just using oral medications? Now may be a good time to consider allergy shots if you are not on them. Also be sure you are taking a good antioxidant supplement along with your daily multivitain to help keep your immune system healthy.

Don't they have doctors where you are on vacation? If you are having problems that need attention see one while you are on vacation via urgent care or the ER and then follow up with your other docs when you get home.
