My stomach has felt bubbly the past 2 days and both my sides are in pain. I would rate it about a 6 and I feel like I have to go to the bathroom but it hurts when I try. Do you know what my symptoms are?

Could be viral gastroenteritis (ie. stomach flu). Could be bacteria (Salmonella, etc...). I'd guess a doctor would tell you to wait it out.
