At the top of this board, there is a thread that is named Sample Home Detox. It contains many helpful suggestions that have helped many. There is no way to avoid withdrawal symptoms, but as you wrote, we can ease them to some degree.

For me, Magnesium and Calcium helped with the anxiety that accompanies detox. I also went through boxes and boxes of Salon Pas patches to help with the restless legs.

hey reachout where do you place the slaon patches and how many? I bought a box today and its used mainly for pain , but want to try it anyway for restless leg

I put those patches up and down my calves. Also, I would sometimes use them on the bottom of my neck to help with the headaches.
