Hello,
On my last period I left the nuvaring ring inserted for 4days extra then necessary, so I had my period 4days later and just counted 7 days of menstruation until I put a new ring back again. Is that ok? Should I worry about safety cause I had it to long? And if so, how long should I have extra precautions, for the total next cycle, or 7days only?

My doctor told me that I can leave the ring in for 4 weeks. It will still be effective. So don't worry. I also spoke to Nuvaring and they confirmed that.
