Hello,
I am a 20 year old male. My doctor discovered last spring that I have a deviated septum and a hole in my septum. No, I do not do cocaine! Anyways, I whistle when I breathe and it gets very noticeable. I am thinking of getting the surgery, and I am also thinking of just getting a little bit of cosmetic work done. My nose is somewhat bulbous looking and I want to get my nose narrowed a bit in the front and also I want to bring the little strip of cartilidge between my nostrils pulled down. Under my nose is completely flat and it looks weird. Anyways, I was wondering what this procedure would be like. I am doing it right when I get home from college for the summer and I don't want it to take up my entire vacation because I want to enjoy my nose. Thanks!
