I don't think enough people know the benefits of taking an anti-ageing supplement rather than applying cream...there is so much advertising for creams and miracle lotions, but i dont believe that your targeting the whole problem! skin ages and wrinkles as a result of what is going on INSIDE....As you get older your body isnt able to produce antioxidants at the rate that it used to so your skin is suspectable to free radical damage and therefore wrinkles. Does anybody use Pure-xp glisodin? Its an anti-ageing supplement...My mum and I both use it and we just love it! Its the strongest purest form of SOD which is the body's primary antioxidant, repsonsible for the stimulation of the body's OWN production of antioxidants. Incidently your body's antioxidants are the strongest. My mum and i both benefit because for me it will prevent the ageing process, the results were not instant with my mum but after a while, i guess as her skin rejuvinated new skin cells were created, that were not damaged by free radicals, and she looks so much younger!I dont use creams now because they are stuffed full of chemicals, at least Glisodin comes from melon extract! Also i used to use creme de la mer, but it is soooo expensive, this is a cheaper and better option i think....

just be sure not to rub the tablets on your face!

would you prefer to take a tablet or a cream?

I would prefer to take a tablet.

I take pine bark extract which is said to be anti aging. Personally I think you have to work on the inside not the outside for anti aging.

I started taking fish oil tablets every night late last year and since then have noticed my skin is smoother.

The best stuff to use is bee polen, eat a teaspoonfull a day, if you are not alergic to it.
It has worked wonders for the body inside & outside.

Thx

I agree, and think you need to start from the inside first. I prefer taking tablets. I take Juvenon and I really like it. It does great things for my skin and hair and I feel like it makes me look younger.

I use both tablets and creams and I think both are important. I take a tablet containing Phytoestrogens which are plant oestrogens and made from soy beans. Phytoestrogens are very similar to that of natural oestrogens which decrease rapidly in a woman's body after she turns 40 - a major reason why all the loss of elasticity and appearance of wrinkles when women hit 40 - 45. The good thing about Phystoestrogens is that they do not have the harmful side effects of artificial oestrogens which might cause cancer. They increase the water content of skin, restore skin flexibility and help to reduce wrinkles.

I started taking these tablets a couple of months ago and have noticed that my skin look really good and plump. At the same time, I use an anti-wrinkle cream callled Alpha Derma CE (have used it for a few years now). I''ve had amazing results with this cream for overall wrinkle reduction and making my skin feel tightened, and look more youthful. It really took years off my face. Now the tablets compliment the cream and I feel great about myself!:D
