sept 06 severe accident,whole left side contact with wall. broke foot,sacrum,pelvis,elbow ,shoulder and a rib. Recovery went ok. May of 07 started having pain down left side and foot.Ortho docter prescribed therapy, then epidural shots ,no success. Then sept 07 had a L-5 lamanectamy. Had a dura tear during surgery. Pain and numbness in left foot and pain in leg got worse.Jan.08 had facet sugery on L-4,L-5/and S-1. pain as shifted to going down left and right sciatca,mainly lest side .Pain still severe left foot also. I am taking 2-3 15mg. oxcodone aday for pain. Also 1 gabapentin a day and 2 amitriptyline a day. Could my problem be Piriformis Syndrome? Can pir. syndrome cause severe pain in foot? I need HELP....anybody???
