Hi,
Since the past 6 months I'v ehad escalating issues
Developed
Raynauds in 2 fingers of my right hand
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Muscle weakness in my arms and legs
Some muscle/nerve twitching
Numbness and tingling in hands and legs/feet
My MRI scans showed no evidence of multiple sclerosis
My blood work looks very good
I recovered from post partum thyroidits 6-7 months ago and as of today(literally) I don't have thyroid issues though I do have anti-thyroid antibodies.

Can anyone give me pointers as to what to research and prepare for my upcoming appt with the neurologst ?
What sort of specialist should I see since I have muscular issues ?

Hey there again;)
I seem to be answering all your questions tonight. I found a portion of Brocallies reply from when my daughter was just diagnosed. We are in TX also. " UTSW in Dallas if you ever want a new perspective. They have a neuromuscular clinic and are on the cutting edge of treatments." that's where she goes! I have no idea how far away you are from Dallas.
I've really thought about taking my daughter there also, right now she is with a neuro at the children's hosptial. He is really nice and all but I just don't think he listens when we tell him how she is really doing. She's one of the three worst cases he has ever seen and seems to think she had a miraculous recovery. Still could happen but not yet:angel: I hope that you are feeling better since it's been a couple of weeks since you posted. I'll be sending prayers your way!
