I posted before saying I had a dull left side ache , not painful but persistent along with constipation for a few weeks even with laxatives - had ct scan which showed a thickening of terminal ileum as well as bowel and sigmoid rectum . Went to Gastro dr. who read report and has me scheduled for Colonoscopy & Endoscopy end of Feb. so wait and worry like we all are doing . Has anyone had these findings with any good prognosis - with that I mean the lesser of the really serious things . Can it be IBS ??
