Hi,
I've pretty much just been dealing with my ibs. I've been reading about evening primrose oil and peppermint oil being good for ibs. Has anyone tried this or any other form of herbal treatment?

I know that pepermint is supposed to help, I drink tea with dried leaves in it on a regular basis. The other thing that has been working for me is a product called Iberogast. It's completely Herbal, 9 items all together I think. Pepermint is one of them. I take it three times a day, usually with meals and it's made a huge difference for me. I'm also taking a probiotic (Florastor, made by the same company!) because I have a lot of diarreah. I would suggest trying either product if you want to go the natural route.
