Even tho I eat very healthy foods, I still need vitamins, I have systemic yeast problems, I am menopausal, and other issues, yet, no matter how much or how little, or natural, powder, liquid, pill, whatever, my system seems to reject supplements. They actually make my symptoms worse, I get muscle aches, or headaches, I feel just awful. But I need them so much, like the B's for a nerve injury I have, D3 for osteoporosis and cal/mag. Even have trouble w/probiotics, green super foods ( spirulina ) all these are so good for you. I take them until I feel so lousy that I can't stand it. I know your system can feel a little down while your body regulates itself, like the die-off effect you get when killing systemic yeast, and I'm no stranger to pain, but I don't understand why I can't take anything, nor do my dr's. Anyone else have this problem?? Thank you
