I have a serious question regarding a contraceptive mistake

So, my gf finished her period on Tuesday 28 Jan and we had sex on Sat the 2nd of Feb. Unfortunately while having sex the condom tore and Im not sure if i came inside, outside or if I came at all since i was abit tipsy. Her next period starts on Friday 22nd Feb, 20 days after the sexual encounter.

my question is what are the chances that i got my gf pregnant, keeping in mind that the sextual encounter occured 6 days before the possible ovulation period?

Well, depending on how regular your gf is, (which (I wouldn't want to assume) but if she knows exactly when her next period will begin she sounds pretty regular) it's probably unlikely, but not impossible. If your extremely worried she can take an EPT test 4-5 days before her scheduled period begins (although it's less accurate the earlier it's taken and quite frankly those things freak me out because the longer they sit the more likely they are to show a false positive so 5 minutes means just that!). But it looks like you'll just have to wait and see. I wouldn't be too worried though. It might be too late now but in case it happens again she might want to read about Plan B and see if that's right for her or look into a backup form of birth control.

I'm sorry, after I posted I saw that you lived in Malta. I'm not sure about what kind of birth control is available to you there. Let me research a bit, but I think you are probably ok.
