Hi there I am a mom of 3 and have just started taking an organic multi-vitamin. Before I started taking them I was kind of listless, and didn't have alot of energy. I try very hard to make balanced healthy meals, but that just was not enough for me. I saw a differance after just 4 days of taking these vitamins. I found that I had the energy to do alot more. After supper, and a long day at work, I actually have the energy to dress the kids and go out with them to play in the snow. I order them from a company in the States. You have to be really carefull with some of the vitamins out there. Alot of money is being wasted down the toilet, because the absortion rate on non-organic vitamins is something like 20%. Organic-Vitamins are easier to digest, and are absorbed better by our bodies.

Organic/Whole Food vitamins are definitely the way to go. You could also try Noni juice.
