Yes, there are sites. I found at least one but the rules of the site prohibit me from listing the source I found. You may want to go to a search engine and type in "medical codes" it should bring some up. There are sites that charge, but there are some free sites, too. I'm not sure how knowledgeable you are about medical coding, but you want to look for such terms as CPT-4 and ICD-9. Sometimes the ICD-9 will look like this: ICD-9-CM. It's the same thing, just shortened.

You could also call the doctor's office. Most won't mind sharing (as its common knowledge in the industry anyway).
