I had my acdf w/ hardware on the 22nd of jan.I am doing pretty good so far.I went for my first post op visit a week ago.Dr said I can take the neck brace off on the 14th of feb.....HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO ME:D I am kinda of afraid still have some neck pain and numbness down my rt arm.Oh by the way I had c 5/6 done had some bone spurs cut out and a artifical disc put in with hardware.I will have to have c 3-4 and c 7/6 done at some point. I have been reading this bord for months.Learning all I could from what you all have been through.I certainly feel your pain.I was on pain pills for almost two years and did the physical therapy.Trying my best to get through my work day and the day to day things I had to do.GOD knows if it wasnt for pain meds I dont know what I would have done!!!!!I was on perc for the past 6 months w. skelaxin.Dr just dropped me down to narcos a week ago.I will keep you all in my prayers and keep you posted of my progress.:)
