Hi there, I have a question..One of my tonsils occasionally has a white spot it looks like a pimple and it gets perforated all by itself and puss comes out. My tonsil is not red or inflamed or painfull, my throat is not painful and I have no difficulty swallowing. In general I don't fill ill prior to the puss starting to come out. Only once it perforates I start feeling my nose feeling slightly blocked and my throught gets scratchy as if it's a start of a flu. My limphs are not swollen either, so I have no idea what this is, please let me know.

Cryptic tonsils, chronically infected tonsils... Prior to my tonsilectomy I had the same problem. And I'd notice after a particular horrible sinus headache, the next day my "tonsil production" would be way up. I could gargle with warm salt water to try to keep those things at bay, but eventually opted for the surgery. My ENT indicated my tonsils were full of that stuff, that "the infection went quite deep".
