I get tired when I smoke one cigarette. I smoke one cigarette, maybe once a week with a beer. What on earth does that mean? Don't make fun, I am just curious.

dont know. maybe beer and cigarettes dont go together well with some people.
i know my wifes dad has the same problem as you :P
im fine when i am smoking cigarettes and have a drink. probly some people it dont agree with.

You most likely feel tired because smoking decreases the amount of oxygen in your body. You are replacing it with poisonous chemicals (carcinogens). I smoke sometimes too. Do you ever notice how smoking can make you lightheaded (it is a vaso-constrictor). Your brain lacks oxygen along with all your organs. And I am sure in combination with alcohol, a depressant, only exacerbates the reaction. Hope this helps.
