I also have a eustachian tube that doesn't work properly. My ENT said there is nothing that can be done about it. I have the same as many of you, plugged and/or pressure in one or both ears. Sounds are distorted at times, etc etc etc. My question I am hoping someone can help me with. Does anyone have any advice on how to learn to live with this condition and enjoy life again? There must be ways to learn to deal with this? Thank you.

I guess this is an old post..but I find that bending over trying to touch my nose to my knees makes my ear feel open again..it usually doesn't last tho. Look up Patulous eustachian tube and see if that describes your condition. Seems there is no treatment, not that I have found yet.
