I am 41 and a male, my efr was low 57 and it should be 60, bun was 11 which is good, creatine was high 1.37 shoud be 1.35, but my urine test was fine, does this mean I still could have kidneys problems.

Maybe, and then again, maybe not. One test does not determine kidney status. You will have to get repeated tests done over a period of time. The best thing you can do is try not to worry, and to take care of yourself. Your tests are borderline and you will just have to see over the long term what happens.
