I had 3 diferent fish oils for almost a year, every morning. Also some zinc and liquid iron .Nealy the whole bottle ina week .Also kefir.
I would liketo ask if this was na overdose .I also had herbs and wormwood.Alog with MCToils and
other things .
Unfortunately after a while i grew anixious and needed to see some one.
I experienced very bad hallucinations after the iron and zinc.I would like to ask if the hallucinations were casued by the excessive vitmains and herbs etc.

Ok, first off, anything synthetic(which is most bottled vitamins) in excess is bad...the iron and zinc, for example, although good, can cause problems in excess. Herbs...well, I'm leery of any that are not in the form of a mild tea like chammomile for example is ok.

I don't know if hallucinations are on the list of overdose of zinc and iron but it could be for other things like herbs. But who knows, lack of or imbalance of nutrition does effect our heads just like the body(the brain is an organ too).

So I'd say, take only one fish oil and maybe a cod liver oil(natural vit. A and D). Just take one not so many. Try a superfood drink for natural vitamin content or mix up berries in protein shakes for nutrition. A plain multi would be good for insurance but you don't need it everyday if you are using superfood and eating fairly well. Prune Juice(be careful of too much, can cause loose stools) is a great natural source of iron.

Try more food and food source(superfood powder; protein powders) for your vitamins and less reliance on synthetic versions and see if you don't improve on that. I wouldn't take so many herbs either, only ones that seem to help and don't overdo them or cut them out completely if you can.

Ok, took a quick check of that wormwood you mentioned and it seems it can cause hallucinations. Better to really do the research on herbs before making a habit of them because they are quite alot like some drugs....

Also, MCT oils are naturally found in coconut oil so why not switch to that as a more natural food based supplement? Keep things simple avoids these side effects/complications and you still get the good benefits..

Too much iron can demage your liver if your body retains iron.

if you dont eat right taking vitamins are okay
like a one a day type
however if you eat well you dont need them
and yes vitamins can be overdosed on
you should have blood work done to make sure you need it
