Hi, I am currently 25 years old and a size (40 i) and I have major back problems with no insurance at the time, and I was wondering what plastic surgeon I can go to in Ohio that will either give me a low cost or I'm trying to figure out what insurance companies pay for the breast reduction in Ohio so I can get rid of these things.... thanks Crystal
