I've had a really sore throat for the past few days and it has become worse over the past 2 days or so... there's now white stuff on my tonsil and my throat is pretty red. I've had lower stomach pains that began last night, flu like symptoms (such as feeling dizzy, balance is off) and when I went to check my temp last night, it was at 36.8C and this morning it was at 37.3C. I also had major chills during the night and kept s*****ing from being too hot and needing the fan to being too cold and requiring a few blankets! Does anyone know what I may have? It hurts to swallow and even yawn and the left side of my neck is super sore.

Sounds (and looks) like step throat.
