How long does it take to feel better after getting a b12 shot? I had my 1st one today and I feel no better.

It took me six months. It was like two steps forward, one step back - actually, it's still like that - with all the flu bugs and stuff going around. Don't get discouraged. Sometimes you feel bad because your body finally has what it needs to make repairs and that can make you feel draggy. Get as much rest as you can and eat lots of bananas! Potassium helps the B12 absorption.

Hang in there. You will be better in time. I know it doesn't feel like it now. I've been where you are. But it will get better!
