Probiotics definitely helped the bloating, but it was the really strong ones that you have to buy from specialist food shops. The best I've taken so far have been VSL 3 which you can buy online. It also depends why you're bloating up. If it is just that your body produces excess bad bacteria then probiotics will probably help, but if it's a parasite or accompanied by other symptoms, the diagnosis and cure might be different.
