If you have not urinated in over 10 hours go to emergency!!
If the mag-cit had you on the toilet and you were not replacing fluids you are dehydrated. With any laxitive you must replace the fluid and electrolyte loss.

You should get this check out by a urologist, request and ultrasound to start, they can check for an obstruction of the ureter tubes, possibly a stone that is lodged or UPJ.
Do you have any flank pain?
Does the pain get worse when you increase your fluid intake?

An ultrasound would be a good start, follow up with a urologist. Even your priary doctor can order this.
Anytime someone is having problems urinating it is not a good sign, I'm speaking from experience of years of kidney/urological problems.
I've had many, many stones and operations with my kidenys and ureters.
It's better to be safe to get this checked out!!!
