is taking two birth control pills the same as plan b? i heard somewhere that u can take a couple of your bc pills and it sort of works like plan b ... thanks.

Taking 2 birth control pills is definitely NOT the same as taking Plan B.

You need to find out the exact number, which it seems like you have done. Do you trust that source? I believe Planned Parenthood can tell you the equivalents.

But I'm wondering, if you're already taking the pill, what do you want Plan B for equivalents for?

I have been taking birth control for awhile.. have no missed any (i have taken it a couple hours later than my regular time but i assume that doesn't matter a whole lot).

we didn't use a condom, but only did it for like no more than a minute and stopped.. I'm just really really paranoid about it..

My question is (this could be really stupid) but if I took the 4 tabs/two doses within about 24 hours after sex --- if i am on BC will this "ec" screw my birth control up anyway as to have a reverse affect? i guess i'm asking if it will cancel out my BC or make it more likely to become pregnant.

i'm sure it's a stupid question but im really paranoid. If anyone can give me insight that would be great. Thank you.
