I know someone who added there stepchildren on to there ssdi claim. Will they be able to collect for them?

Executor 02-12-2008, 12:12 AM Yes, you can add step children as long as you and your spouse are paying at least 50% of their monthly expenses. You add them with the same process as you would your own children. If the stepchild lives with you, it's a shoe in. |
