i some times get very disoriented ,dizzy ,glassy eyed ,after a few moments i get very tired and sleepy during which i cant seem to focus on what i was doing prior to all thiss i get a numbing feeling in my lips and some times the top of my head

You need to speak to your doctor about this. It could be a lot of things, including blood sugar issues (either too high or too low). Sorry I can't be more help than that.

hopefully you will see a doctor first that would be the best way to start out
