When I look up symptoms of this disease, it says there is no associated 'numbness, tingling ever" in this disease, also there isn't any muscle shrinkage or loss of muscle tone with this disease.
has nayone had this disorder but had numbness/tingling and inability to gain muscle tone ?

My daughter often complained about numbness in her face, hands etc. She doesn't have it in her face anymore but her hands still get numb and tingly. I'm not sure about the muscle tone, she isn't really able to do anything at this point to know.
