Well this is my official Day 2 without a cig....I totally forgot that I own a package of Aeros Smokeless Cigarettes that I had gotten for a long plane ride to New Zealand and they do work taking the edge off.

There seems to be a lot of testimony from those who quit with this aid.

I haven't gotten the Aeros out but If things get tough, I may fall back on these! It sure beats lighting up. Thanks again for the support many of you have given me!!
