My daughter continues to struggle in school, she has trouble comprehending what she is reading. Even if asked right after she gets done reading a short paragraph. She was diagnosed with ADHD the first two weeks of kindergarten. Now when it comes to music or working with her hands she excels, I wish I could find a way to help her more. I have even thought about quitting my job and home schooling her.

While children with ADHD often have trouble with reading and schoolwork, I think it would be worth your while to also investigate the possiblity of a learning disability in reading. The two can go hand-in-hand and it's important to know exactly what you are dealing with.

Also, welcome to the Board! We feel your pain. It's hard to see your child struggle more than others.
