Can anyone tell me if there is a process by which a member of this ,(pathetic excuse for a health care insurance company), can register a complaint against them for their incompetent, apathetic service. I am referring specifically to their policy on mail order prescription drug policy. and Tele-Drug their on line pharmacy. I need help can anyone direct me to a government agency I can complain to?

As consumers, if we are not happy with service, should we not be able to go elsewhere and be covered. I rely on them for interferon which is very sensitive to freezing, recently a delivery has been delayed, and they cant tell me if the packaging it is shipped will protect it from sub-freezing temperatures. I called the carrier and they told me the package has been in sub freezing temperatures for at least 12 hours. Cigna will not take any action until I sign for the package, I called the manufacturer, and they told me that if there is any chance it has been frozen it is not safe to use.

Cigna just plain sucks, there is not politically correct way to describe them, customer service, claims, policy on approving treatment, is pathetic, they have demonstrated total apathy for Human Life in the past, they need to be stopped!

Cigna is a prime example of what is wrong with our health care system. Inefficient, apathetic, irresponsible, wasteful, and corrupt!

Hello. I am going to try to answer this without any websites, so here goes. Go to your state's web site (ie nh.gov). Once there, in the address bar at the top of the web page, after the "gov", type /insurance

there is a link on the left side for consumers. click on that. it takes you to a new page, and the first link in the middle is to file complaints.

please let me know if you have any questions.

hope this helps!

good luck!

I know in New Jersey we have an Insurance and Banking Commission. I had once complained to them. By the time they got back to me I had resolved myself through a lot of hard work. Insurance companies don't like when you complain about them. Not sure if all states have those commissions.
