Well it's an endocrine disorder that causes u to have irregular bleeding, problems with ovulation, and the other stuff u mentioned......it's one of the worst thing u can get to me at least lol.......Girl moody is an understatement lol....Well can u go to a free clinic they can probably help u

Sure does sound like it is pcos. Sorry, it sucks not having insurance. The suggestion about a free clinic is a good idea, becuase insulin resistance, infertility and Thyroid problems usually go along with it. A free thing you can do that will help you is diet and exercise. And when I say diet, I don't mean go on a diet, I mean change your diet. Whole wheat, fruit, veggies and low fat meat. Limit sweets, pastries and caffiene. 30 mins of aerobic a day. These few things could make a huge differnce for you. Good luck.

They can check your bloodwork for this as well. Good luck.

I am 30 and just diagnosed with PCOS this month. I got pregnant with my daughter who is two with just Clomid, but after 9 rounds of it this year, and still no baby, I went to a infertility dr. (not just my OBGYN). The second visit there I had blood work done and an ultrasound done with the "probe" while I was menstrating (not the most pleasant thing). I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis for a few years and have MANY ultrasounds done and even a laproscopy and no one found the cysts or even mentioned PCOS. I would recommend a second opinion unless you had the blood work and the ultrasound done during your period. I am so relieved that I went before getting pregnant again because the rist of miscarriage is also high. Good luck and I hope this helps!
