It was a few months ago.. maybe 4 months ago .

I was organizing a file cabinet..moving big heavey folders full of files.

At the time, i was happy...never thought i was getting hurt. nor did i feel any sudden sharp pains or anything. Then after doing that for like 5 hours i felt a dull constant pain in the shoulder which is odd cause as i've said,,, there was no point where i felt any sudden unusual sharp pain as if something broke or tore.

Days went by and i didn't feel any pain..but now i have that same constant dull pain in the shoulder And i also notice if i lift my arms, and then bring them back down , there will be an internal bone turning/cracking . not audible, but i feel it.

What culd this be? And what kindof doctor should i go see?? Orthopedic?

I'm 28 year old male... is this about the time when your body starts breaking up or is it just me because i have an abnormally weak skeleton system?

And by the way I'm an athletic guy, it's not like i never do any physical work.
