Is there any (at home or medical) way to clean out the Eustachian Tube. Thanks for any advise Bob (when blocking my nose, the left ear fills slowly. I also have alot of ringing in that ear.)

Rob,
I taught myself a variant of the nose close and blow gently method that adds on a "suck" phase (also with closed nose and mouth.
The second phase is harder to learn and the feeling is something akin to sucking on a completely clogged straw.
By using both you can inlate, deflate, inflate, deflate.
ALL THIS MUST BE DONE GENTLY..especially the inflate phase....you don't want a perforated eardrum.
Also doing it standing is a better idea than lying down because you want gravity to get the "stuff" down rather than up.
It works betterr after hot tea or chicken broth (what doesn't?)
