can sleeping with small ear plugs in everynight cause damage?? i have noisy roommates and them to sleep... but lately my ears feel sore and bruised inside. am i doing damage? has anyone else experienced this? :(

DH is a snorer and I don't sleep otherwise. I ask my doctor all the time, and she keeps assuring me that it's ok to do. I use the foam ear plugs that are meant for shooting ranges (get them at Walmart). Just hold them in your hand so they're warm and you can squeeze them to make them small enough to fit in your ear. When they expand to fit your ear, the sound is blocked. |
