i have been told by my d,octor that its a possibilty that i have a hernia,waiting for the scan to confirm,,i have a lump which as grown in the last 4 months,just above my belly button,its very uncomfortable,specialy by the end of the day,i am not pregnant,but it feels like it and also looks like i am it also feels like it moves or its a weird feeling,that happens more so when i am useing the toliet,i have had 5 children,also put on weight,i dont eat large meals as this lump (hernia) prevents me to do so,but the lumps still growing,please advise me what i can do to stop this getting any bigger and it hurting,,got my appointment on 18th march to confirm hernia,
