Can sinuses cause headaches and real bad dizinness. The cat scan showed no sinus infection but the front of my face hurts so bad and my vision gets blurry and I stay so dizzy. Does anyone know what this could be. Please help

sinus migraines, sinus headaches, inner ear infection, seizures just to name a few that come to mind. keep going to the doctor til you get answers.

Absolutely! The sinuses and ears are all connected and can effect your overall equilibrium. I agree with the previous poster about keep pushing until you get answers.
What did you ENT say about the CT Scan? If you only saw a GP, get an ENT appointment and have them read it. Could be a number of issues.
Good luck and please report back.

I have times of dizziness for over a year. Just went to some allergist who told me to go to some neuro. I also have low thyroid, which can cause it and so can vasomotor rhinitis.

I used to get really bad sinus type headaches -- had a whole summer of dizziness -- felt as if I had someone else's hangover. Mine went away when I had my tonsils removed. Was an unexpected perk. In my case, my tonsils were so chronically infected that they were making me sick.
Have they checked you for an inner ear problem, such as calcium deposits (rocks in your head) in the eustacian tubes?

Thank you for your reply. I was at the ENT dr. today and yes, there were rocks or something like that in my ear and that will account for the dizziness and the crazy walk I have had for so long. I will have to go for another test to see is there is something wrong with the inner ear, but, at least, he said, it is nothing serious.

I believe it will eventually go away on its own, but can take several months. One of my relatives was sent to a specialist, who would do several manipulations to get them to eventually drain/come out. Basically involved moving his head into different positions.

I have been having sinus issues for the past 6 months. Sinus pressure, headaches, neck pain, face pain... Just came out of the blue. Used antibiotics for the sinus infections and most have worked but it keeps coming back. I have tried the nasal spray and they have helped as well, but now im also getting the dizziness which is driving me nuts! My doctor said it might be fluid from my sinuses in my ears and just keeps giving me decongestants which havent seemed to help with the dizziness. Does anyone know if there is a home remedy to drain the ears? I made an appt for the ENT for 4/10.. need some relief until the appt. I am also wondering if using the netti-pot has anything to do with the fluid in my ears? The dizziness seemed to start after using that. Thanks!
