I have recently started hearing a "shushing" noise in my right ear. It corresponds with my heart beat and is intermittent, lasting up to an hour or so and it usually occurs in the evening. Although I have moderate tinnitis (especially in this ear), it doesn't feel related (no reason for this assumption). Any help would be appreciated.
