Have you noticed ? How you get soooooooo much worse when there is a full moon rising ? I started watching this about 2 years ago and man, there is really something to it.

Do a search on Full Moons and pain (and many other disorders, Heart attacks, strokes also big at this time) and you'll find it very interesting.

I try to get in shower and get NEGATIVE IONS from that, but it's only temporary.

I get soooooooooooooo stiff durning this time, it's like someone has poured concrete in my head and my whole body is setting up. Feel like I'm about to blow apart..............like a pin in a ballon.

Pain is alway excruiating durning this time. I now have to plan my very life around FULL MOONS.........some worse than others.

Any of you notice these things ? Have you noticed your pain and debilitation is worse when that gorgeous moon is shinning so full ? There really is some serious ENERGY in it. My Mood and the way I handle this illness also changes.

THE GOOD NEWS: Not long after it's totally full.....a few days.....It all gets better !

I have fibro, L4-5 severe arthritis, chronic fatigue, arthritis in all joints, facet joint, SI Joint, Lupus (? maybe), MCS,
IBS and all those other hundreds of things that go with it.

Blessings and HOLD ON..........the MOON will go dark again ! :) :) :)

I only slept a few hours, then was wide awake this morning. I thought "I bet it's a full moon". I looked it up and sure enough!

The moon affects sleep...sleep affects fibro...the moon affects fibro?

Interesting.

You got it.............Neither my husband or I can sleep with a full moon and he's not sick.

I go to bed and am wide awake but so wired tired.......finally sleep for a while and then back up around 3. It's weird.

Outside the sleep problem, it really affects pain and joints also...but without the sleep on top of it, it's a double whamie.

If you study it, you'll find that judges are sometimes more lenient on full moons because they know the GRAVITY of it. I'm soooooooooo glad you feel better, you are certainly the EXCEPTION to the rule.

Studies have found that depression worsens as with bi-polar, mental disorders (the weirwolves..........LOLOLOL just kidding) etc. The barometer is always soooooooo high, it causes everything to BLOAT and press against nerves, muscles, tendions, etc.

A lunar eclispe will occur tonight, so we'll see what that brings.

This moon is not nearly as powerful as say the HARVEST MOON of October .........that thing almost killed me.

I've tried not looking to see when the full moon occurs to see if it's in my MIND now ya know...........but I can tell you without any knowledge of when it is that's it's rising.

I'm the only one who predicted SNOW in the deep south in 1997. I'm a living weather meterologist. My hubby ask me what the weather will do today.

Oh..............for a normal life.

It's

Ok I do believe the full moon effects people. All you have to do is work with the public to know it is a full moon. I need to reread your post I guess, but you are saying when the full moon is rising, in other words not when we have a full moon out. I do notice that I have more problems before the full moon. When the barometric pressure changes, that is what kills me.

I saw the lunar eclipses last night it was neat, or as our grandson calls it the lunartic eclipses. He is only five but out of the mouths of babes!

This is a great thread.
