I've just had a series of tests for migraines, memory loss, etc....{possibly caused by serious auto accident}...In any case, all the test came back within range except for something called sed rate....my was 47 and my sodium was 1 pt. low. I don't know what the sed rate test means nor its results. Can you clarify. Thanks Teri

It stands for sedimentation rate and measures inflammation in your body. I think the normal range is 20 or less so anything higher may indicate an infection or inflammation, although I'm sure your doctor would let you know if there was cause for concern.
