Hi, im a 25 year old male I had my first kidney stone when I was 18 and have had maybe 6-8 since then. My last stone was surgically removed it was a 7.9mm stone and the lab results came back saying it was composed of 60% calcium oxalate monohydrate, 30% calcium phosphate and 10% calcium oxalate dihydrate, its shell was 90% calcium oxalate dihydrate and 10% calcium oxalate monohydrate. My question now is what does this mean? Is it possible I have hypreoxaluria and if so should I be concerned that is could be primary hypreoaluria? Any advice in diet/treatments etc... Would be very very welcome.
