about 4 weeks ago i started to get short of breath and generally felt ill my doc gave me antibiotics and said it was a chest infection, 3 courses later was told probably viral. went to see chest specialist who did xray, loads of breathing tests, allergy tests and was told everything ok the virus has probably flared up my asthma, ended up at A&E they did ecg another xray everything ok, had blood test ok. my symptons now are
tight chest,
short of breath especially when i have a conversation for a few minutes i get a burning feeling in my chest and uncomfortable to breath,
feel really weak my legs are the worst they are really heavy,
loss of appetite
crying all the time and fed up

my doc has now said i have post viral fatigue syndrome which i hadnt heard of when i read up on it its scared me to death do you think its too early to tell if its that?
is it normal to feel so weak after a virus i dont know whether to rest or try and get back to some kind of normality can someone give me any advice please?

It may be some kind of virus and you need more time. Some viruses can last up to six months or longer. Hope you feel better soon.
