Hi,
I'm 32 I just had the tilt table test done and have been diagnosed with Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia and orthostatic low bp. My resting heart rate w/ekg was 110 and my bp is usually 80's/50's - it is the lowest first thing in the morning and my heart rate is the highest after sleeping, also. They have tried me on a beta blocker and it made me really depressed and very slow. I am now off the beta blocker, but I am constantly dizzy and tired - they first thought it was anxiety. But after being treated for anxiety for almost 2 years, they realized there was more to it. Are there any other meds that could help? They also mentioned superventricular tachycardia showing up in my heart monitor readings? They want to try Florinef next - any advice?
